Do you need to return an item?
We’ll gladly accept returns for most items in new condition. Please remember to include all paperwork, such as manuals and assembly instructions, and all accessories. Please call us to work out arrangements for your return, if you did not buy this directly from us then we will help you get it where you need it to go. All returns require:
- Return Merchandise Authorization Number, which you should be given upon notification of your return.
- Please reference this number on your returned item.
- A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to used, non-defective returns.
